Responsibilities
·Act as an Engineer of Record
·Sign and Seal engineering drawings according to technical and quality related standards
·Interface with clients and contractors regarding engineering projects
Qualifications
·Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Applied Science and be registered professionally through EGBC
·P.Eng designation is required to be considered for this position
·5 years + of experience in an Electrical Engineer role
·Must have vast knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
·Knowledge of lighting, traffic signals, traffic management and municipal work is considered an asset
·Proven interpersonal skills along with strong written and oral communications skills
·Ability to work in a dynamic environment and complete assignments on time
·Able to work both in a team, and with minimal supervision
·Must work with a high attention to detail and quality
·Experience in project management is considered an asset
