Jan Hein Bax, Country Manager of Randstad Canada has played an integral role in establishing and strengthening Randstad Canada’s leading position as the Canadian leader for staffing, recruitment and HR Services, while always supporting the company’s mission to shape the Canadian world of work.

During his time with Randstad Group, Jan Hein has completed extensive training in the Netherlands, Germany and Italy. Prior to taking the position at Randstad Canada as acting President in 2011, Jan Hein was the General Manager of Randstad Spain from 2006 to 2010.

As the Group Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Randstad Canada, Andrew Dillane provides technical leadership, vision, and experience. He is responsible for leading the creation and delivery of the overall e-business strategy aimed to further business goals.

With over 10 years of experience at Randstad Canada, Andrew has served as Director of Information Technology from 2001 to 2003 and CIO from 2003 to 2008. In 2008, Andrew was promoted to the role of Group CIO.

Marc-Etienne Julien is the President of Randstad Staffing and is responsible for all the Canadian Staffing operations as well as the Randstad In-House Services division. He has contributed to Randstad’s continuing growth and further strengthens the company’s market leader position.

With 10 years of experience at Randstad Canada, Marc-Etienne Julien has served as Account Manager for large accounts, Branch Manager, Market Manager, Regional Vice President for Staffing for the Quebec Region and finally President of Randstad’s Staffing division.

Stacy Parker, Executive Vice President of Marketing & Communications is responsible for Randstad Canada’s national marketing campaigns as well as internal and external communication strategies. With career experience in Human Resource Management, Sales, Recruiting and Marketing, Stacy is often asked to speak to audiences about industry trends and best practices.

Stacy joined Randstad Canada over 10 years ago to build the Technologies Permanent Staffing division, and subsequently has held positions as Branch Director, Executive Vice President Central and Eastern Canada. In 2011, she was promoted to Executive Vice President of Marking & Communications.

As the Vice President of Sales, Tom Turpin is responsible for securing, growing and managing Randstad Canada’s largest accounts across all lines of business. He is also responsible for HR Solutions’ Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Randstad Managed Services (RMS) lines of business.

Since joining Randstad Canada in 1997, Tom has served as a Resource Manager in the Toronto office, Account Manager in the Ottawa office and Client Executive. In 1999, Tom returned to the Toronto area to open Randstad’s Richmond Hill branch and in 2008, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales and in 2009 became Executive Vice President across all lines of business.

In his role as President of Randstad Professionals, Mike Winterfield is responsible for all of the Randstad Professionals brands in Canada which include: Randstad Technologies, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing. Mike has held a number of roles including working directly with clients and job seekers, speaking at industry events and acting as a board member for a non-profit organization.

Since joining Randstad Canada in 1995, he has held positions as a Recruiter, Account Manager, Client Executive, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, Director, Vice President. In 2011, he was promoted to President of Randstad Professionals.

Daniel Plante is the Chief Financial Officer of Randstad Canada and is responsible for all aspects of Corporate Finance, Legal Services and Business Strategic Intelligence. He is also a member of the Executive Committee.

Since joining Randstad Canada in 2006, Daniel has brought a rigorous and sound financial discipline to the organization that has been beneficial throughout the company’s mergers of major acquisitions. With over 24 years of experience, Daniel has held a number of senior finance positions with public companies in both national and international levels.

As Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Leandra’s role is heavily focused on streamlining ongoing business operations through initiating, recommending and implementing continuous improvement strategies. She also manages the design and delivery of all strategic programs and HR aspects.

Leandra joined Randstad Canada in 1999 to build a human resources department. During her tenure she has also held the position of Managing Director for Randstad's Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) line of business. As a recognized Best Workplace in Canada for the past 5 years, Leandra is often asked to share her thoughts on what it takes to be a top employer.

As the Executive Vice President of Major Account Delivery, Steve MacKinnon is accountable for overseeing the development of Randstad Canada’s largest clients. He also manages the country’s central delivery teams and all delivery components for the HR services team.

Since joining Randstad Canada in 1996, Steve has held positions ranging from Resource Manager, Account Manager, Client Executive, Director of Channel Solutions to Vice President of Sales for Randstad Technologies. In 2010, Steve was promoted to his current role as Executive Vice President of Major Account Delivery.
